The 59th Annual Halloween Parade begins at 7:00pm, October 26, 2011(rain date: Thursday October 27, 2011) at the United Methodist Church on Hardwick Street.
Register online until Tuesday October 25, 2011.

You may also register the day of the parade between 3:00pm and 6:00pm on the front steps of the Warren Country Courthouse.
